Shipping
- Netherlands and Belgium: free, PostNL, 1 to 2 working days
- Germany: 5.95 EUR, 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of the EU: 9.95 EUR, 3 to 6 working days
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day ship the same day. You get a tracking link by email.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery, washed or not, for any reason.
- Email hello@descohome.com with your order number and we send you a PostNL return label. Return shipping in the Netherlands is free; from Belgium and Germany the label costs 5.95 EUR and is deducted from the refund.
- Refund to the original payment method within 5 days of the parcel arriving.
- Damaged or wrong item: email a photo and we send a new one the same day.
